Cruze Enterprises Ltd. Rider’s Agreement
By booking a service with Cruze Enterprises Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Rider’s Agreement (“Agreement”).

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that there are inherent risks and hazards involved in riding activities, which could result in damage, injury, or death. By accepting this Agreement, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with the services provided by Cruze Enterprises Ltd.

Waiver and Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release and hold harmless Cruze Enterprises Ltd., its agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, or expenses of any kind resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruze Enterprises Ltd., its agents, employees, and representatives against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities arising out of or connected with your use of our services.

Equipment and Safety: You commit to using all equipment provided by Cruze Enterprises Ltd. responsibly, and to adhere to all safety rules and guidelines provided.

Medical: You represent that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in the services provided by Cruze Enterprises Ltd.

Applicable Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cruze Enterprises Ltd. operates.
By booking and using the services provided by Cruze Enterprises Ltd., you confirm that you understand the nature of the activities involved, the risks, and your responsibilities under this Agreement. You also confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions contained herein before accepting this Agreement.
