Terms and Conditions
Agreement: By renting a scooter from Cruze Scooters, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Helmets: Helmets are mandatory and will be provided by Cruze Scooters. Riders must wear helmets at all times while riding the scooter.
Rental Period: The rental period begins when the scooter is picked up and ends when it is returned to Cruze Scooters. Any additional time will be charged at the hourly rate.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of rental and can be made by credit card or cash. A credit card authorization may be taken at the time of rental for any damages or additional fees.
Damage: The renter is responsible for any damage to the scooter during the rental period. If the scooter is damaged, the renter will be responsible for all repair costs, up to the full replacement value of the scooter.
Theft: If the scooter is stolen during the rental period, the renter is responsible for the full replacement value of the scooter.
Insurance: Cruze Scooters does not provide insurance for the renter or the scooter. The renter is responsible for any liability, damage, or loss caused by their use of the scooter.
Refunds and Cancellations: There are no refunds for rental fees once the rental period has begun. Cancellations made prior to the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Prohibited Use: The renter may not use the scooter for any illegal purposes or in any way that violates traffic laws or regulations.
Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cruze Scooters, its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the renter’s use of the scooter.
Termination: Cruze Scooters reserves the right to terminate this agreement and repossess the scooter at any time, without notice, if the renter violates any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
By renting a scooter from Cruze Scooters, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them.
